Does anyone have a really good non prescription acne cream/medication?

I have acne. I use to get medication from a skin specialist, but my doctor won%26#039;t give me a referral... so simply put, i can%26#039;t go to him anymore. Does anyone have a good drugstore acne medication that really works for them?|||clean and clear
