I was told to apply the cream on the fleshy parts of your body. Inside upper arms, inside of knees, neck. Anywhere it can be easily absorbed.|||yes, on the inside of your upper arm, thigh, buttocks.|||Agree with the other two responses. I%26#039;ll add that it%26#039;s good to vary where you apply it so it%26#039;s not always the same spot.
