Please can anyone help me I need an over the counter cream,or prescription cream.?

I have Hyperhydrois in my hands and feet, I just took 60 shots of botox type A in each hand. But I also have Dyshidrotic eczeme in my hands and feet. The ithing is extreme I need a cream to relief my hands and feet till I can get a chance to see a skin doctor.
