'aqueous Cream and showering?

Thanks for all your advice out there greatly appreciated.But how on earth do you shower with aqueous cream?|||I turn the shower off, coat self from top to bottom in the aqueous cream, then turn the water back on to rinse. I do this as the last step in the shower so I%26#039;m not accidentally left with residue from shampoo or conditioner on my skin to make me itchy again.|||Wet your skin, massage the aqueous it onto your skin and rinse with warm water.|||Wet yourself , turn the nozzel round , lather thouroughly and rinse. Repeat.|||Just use it as you would shower gel. It takes a bit of work to rinse off but it%26#039;s excellent stuff. I wash my face with it.|||are you suposse to ??
