Can Psoriasis be controlled without cream?

I know people who just relocated to sunnier climates and their psoriasis and health just improved so remarkably.|||Yes sunlight helps a lot! People in more northern states have it worse than those in the south. I have a friend who%26#039;s husband controls it with a shot once a week. He had it really bad all over his body and was in a lot of pain this keeps it away entirely. He lives in Washington state, lots of rain there!
